Responsibilities : Manager, Contract ComplianceDuties: Will join the corporate projects department. Monitor compliance with contracts ( price, service quality, quantity), terms and conditions, service level agreements, and status of critical deliverables with multiple providers. Act as first-line for contract interpretation for all contracts. Oversee and review overall performance across multiple service providers. Manage receipt and documentation of change requests. Coordinate review by appropriate WB stakeholders. Ensure timely. Completion of amendments and change orders with all service providers. Work with key stakeholders to identify issues related to upcoming milestone/key contract dates. Identify upcoming penalty/trigger events; resolve issues identified by stakeholders. Manage benchmarking exercises. Periodically review and evaluate relationship-level Policies and Procedures Guide for all service providers. Ensure that tower-specific sections are kept current in all contracts. Oversee use and functionality of governance tools (including software). Develop and manage system for document storage and record keeping. Oversee reviews, change control approvals/coordination, forecasting coordination. Identify contract issues causing value leakage. Ensure that contract related changes are communicated to appropriate stakeholders. Prepare agenda and minutes for meetings for all service providers. Preparation of reports to and Assist with development of training materials. Review Operational RIQs to verify that issues are being addressed at proper levels and governance committees being utilized and issue escalation process being followed. Data gathering and collation to support internal and service provider audits.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree. Paralegal certification will be preferred. 5-7 years of experience as a transactional paralegal. Experience working with similar contracts from either service provider or (including shared services) Client perspective will be preferred. Project management capability to manage the contract change process. Experience with reconciling contract terms to financial actuals. Ability to motivate and coordinate activities of people in other work groups. Ability to operate autonomously with senior management. Excellent document management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite expert. Some overseas travel may be required.
