Responsibilities : Premium employer searching for supervisor of tool room and mold shop. This person will be responsible for developing staff, scheduling, managing projects and keeping department on task. Supervisor will be responsible for 3 shifts including up to 8 direct reports.

Requirements : Associate Degree 5 year's supervision experience in a machining/metal fabrication environment Solid hands-on CNC machining experience including milling, turning, tig welding Strong minded personality to meet department objectives Proficient with AutoCad This person must be a solid team player. Someone that can see the whole picture and meet the goals and objectives of the plant.
