As a Research Associate in the Immunochemistry group, you will: Analyze samples and/or develop/validate methodologies for various compounds and components in compliance with appropriate SOPs and regulatory agency guidelines. Document work and maintains study documentation and laboratory records. Independently set up, maintain, operate and perform routine and non-routine maintenance on general equipment, including problem identification and resolution. Inform Study Director, Principal Investigator and/or management of any problems and/or deviations that may affect the integrity of the data and recommend corrective action. Promote a cohesive team environment. Suggest and perform modifications to test methods or procedures where precedence exists. Provide input and participate in project meetings, plan, monitor and guides project work. Set up and perform method development and validation of various analytes in a variety of matrices with limited supervision.

Requirements : BS/BA degree in science or related field plus 5-6 years of experience. Hands on lab experience with Immunoassays (e.g., ELISA, MSD, RIA, Cellbased assay). Experience may be substituted for education.Experience Experience with use and trouble shooting of analytical equipment is desired. Familiar with the use of standard laboratory equipment. Effective communication (verbal and written), presentation and interpersonal skills Proven track record of Immunoassay development.
