Located in the Harrisburg/Lancaster, PA area. Only will consider local candidates at this point. Salary $65-80K + Profit Sharing. This is for an industry leading manufacturer. Position will report to the Director, HR and will be located at their corporate operations. Focus of the position will be high-level support of their global communication efforts with employees worldwide. Also will be assisting with recruitment and staffing efforts in this role. Must have at least a two-year degree but strongly prefer a four-degree. Open on discipline but ideally in HR or Business. Will be open minded to someone currently working towards four-year degree. Looking for 5-7 years of HR experience working in a manufacturing environment. Must have outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills since most of the initial work will be project type work.
