We are currently conducting a search for a Benefits Analyst to join our client in the Dallas, TX area.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Bachelor's Degree in HR or Management
CEBS Certification or some other type of benefits certification (Candidates currently pursuing or willing to obtain the CEBS will be considered)
7+ years in a solid, hands-on group benefit programs experience
Strong knowledge of ERISA laws and compliance
Strong California and Texas employment and benefit law experience
