Exciting opportunity for experienced Account Executives to join the Jadience Herbal Formulas Team. We are an established natural health and skincare company whose clients include renowned spas and resorts across the United States and Canada. Our Spa AEs develop professional relationships by initiating contact and explaining our spa collections and treatments (East Asian rituals) to potential spa clients. In addition, Spa AEs close sales transactions and provide ongoing support to their spa clients.

Based in Southern California, our unique company has built a very strong presence across the U.S. and Canadian spa and resort industry, and we seek to expand our national presence through a team of geographically independent Spa AEs. We provide handsome incentives to AEs who meet and exceed expectations in expanding the company’s client base and build relationships that will lead to repeat business and income for the AE.

The AE is the company's direct connection to the client, and a responsibility for which we provide a generous commission schedule. All candidates for this position will be self-motivated and will commence their work with our company within the framework of a 100% commission basis with the freedom to build relationships and produce results.

Our company understands the need for open communication with all of our employees and clients, and our Account Executives will be provided with ongoing support and the necessary tools to fulfill their sales strategy within their designated region.

A strong sales background and understanding of this industry is preferable, however, all candidates will be considered on an individual basis.
