Workforce Service Group is collaborating with a client in the scientific field on several long-term contract opportunities for Senior Software Testers.


In this role you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to delivering state-of-the-art IT solutions by collaborating closely with scientists to develop software platforms that enable research and development efforts for the organization. You will work on a team comprised of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Developers and Software Testers to design, develop and test enterprise-class R&D software.

As Sr. Tester you will be responsible for performing integration and system testing for each iteration of the development life cycle. You will implement test scripts based on requirements created by the Business Analyst, and will be responsible for logging the defects identified during testing.


This role will require the following:

• An in-depth understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Solid SQL skills.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Tester in an IT organization.
• Work and/or educational experience in an agricultural, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
• Experience working with Worksoft Certify testing tool.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
