Job Skills/Requirements
o Job Summary/Responsibilities: A key management team position responsible for delivery on all Government and commercial projects. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the projects/programs, meeting the clients needs, meeting corporate profitability objectives, and growing employee satisfaction. Work with delivery teams to ensure everyone understands the project end-goal to ensure delivery to the client on time, within agreed budgets, and with expected quality. Responsible for staffing projects, managing the technical staff, and providing career growth for all technical staff. Responsible for engineering sales support for all Government and commercial projects, including developing all proposal estimates, technical and management proposal volumes, as well as developing and presenting engineering solutions to prospective clients. Responsible for defining the Lighthouse delivery model/capabilities, ensuring we have appropriately trained and motivated staff to deliver these capabilities, and assuring high-quality and consistent delivery across all projects. Relies on extensive work experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Reports directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate should have a mix of pragmatic and related experience in a commercial and government-related information technology consulting practice.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
o Demonstrable track record managing multiple programs and teams for large-scale enterprise software systems

o Proven track record managing financial and personnel resources
o Proven track record managing large diverse multi-location teams
o Proven track record in developing Quality Management plans for enterprise software systems, including custom applications, ERP and other COTS systems
o An extensive working knowledge of software quality assurance, CMMI, and IV&V methodologies
o Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance
o High energy, and fast paced
o Willing to make quick and calculated decisions

o Must have a Can-Do Attitude

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
o PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive working knowledge of large-scale software program management
o Experience managing integrated hardware/software systems
o ISO 9000 expertise
o Experience managing ERP implementations
o ITIL certification

EDUCATION PREFERRED:
o Bachelors degree; An MBA or technical Graduate degree is preferred

TYPICAL DUTIES:
o Plan, manage, and report revenue, profit, and funding on all projects
o Work with sales team to develop technical approach and basis of estimates for delivering customized professional services
o Present technical approach to prospective and current clients
o Write technical and management volumes for Government proposals
o Works with management team to develop strategies and execute operational tasks to achieve goals
o Develop, enhance, and maintain Lighthouse technical delivery capabilities, methodologies, and tools
o Provide technical staff with necessary training to be successful
o Provide technical staff performance reviews and career guidance
o Write white papers and make industry presentations
