The Loss Mitigation Manager, will oversee two or more operational units responsible for loan servicing and support, which includes the functions of loss mitigation, administrative support services, investor requirements, servicing and cash management.

Selected other responsibilities include:
-Coordinating with other NPL teams/individuals on loss mitigation-related matters
-Developing, implementing and maintaining department policies/systems
-Determining and establishing appropriate controls to increase income, reduce risk and improve customer service
-Ensuring compliance of all activities and practices
-Preparing/directing the preparation of management reports
-Managing collection of vendor deficiency and charge-off recoveries

Requirements for this position:
-BS (or equivalent education and experience) in business administration, accounting, real estate management or a related discipline
-8 years of experience encompassing single-family servicing, collection, foreclosure/bankruptcy and staff management
