Once on board, the Operational Risk Management Manager will assume responsibility for overseeing all planning, implementation and documentation of internal controls for complex organizational and financial activities, including review and testing of internal control business processes/systems.

Specific functions include, but are not limited to:
-Managing quarterly Management Self Assessment processes, evaluation status of segment risk and control environment across the Division; acting as liaison between Division management and key stakeholders
-Preparing and reviewing SOX documentation for quarterly submission
-Interacting with internal customers at all levels to communicate testing results and collaborate on mitigating control weaknesses and implementing solutions
-Making suggestions on staff hiring and retention; training and mentoring personnel
- Monitor major and critical operating risk issues.
-Manage the process for elevating control risks to more senior levels when appropriate.

Our ideal candidate...
-Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting or related discipline.
-Strong Sarbanes Oxley experience, to include documentation requirements (writing narratives, creating flow charts), control design and remediation.
-Effective negotiation skills.

Internal Audit and Sox expereince are required.
