Assist in the instruction and daily maintenance of all aircraft and log book records with customers to assure accuracy. 3. Provide Onsite Briefings for all unit personnel 4. Provide Formal Training Classes on all Blue Force Tracking Aviation for all users 5. Provide over the Shoulder Training for all Blue Force Tracking Aviation software users 6. Provide Help Desk Support 7. Perform Technical Troubleshooting 8. Resolve Procedural Issues 9. Maintain and update an electronic database of common procedural issues and solutions or quick fixes to known issues. 10. Capture and File Electronic Trouble Reports and Software Change Requests 11. Assist in Implementing New Aircraft into the system 12. Assist with Aircraft Transfers 13. Report Data Quality Issues to Unit Personnel 14. Support Remote Deployments 15. Short duration travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations 16. Coordinate Hardware Replacements and Repairs 17. Assist in Fielding New Hardware 18. Assist in Fielding New Software Versions 19. Maintain an advanced level of technical knowledge and skills required to execute all field service representative tasks assigned 20. Perform other duties as required.
