Responsibilities : The company has 38,400 employees worldwide and assets of $165 billion.The Risk Assessment Coordinator may be responsible for:Being the primary resource within the Business Unit (BU) for any Risk Assessment to ensure consistency with the ConocoPhillips procedure/methodology.Helping resource and coordinating assigned major BU Risk Assessments related to major modifications, major projects and other growth opportunities.Organizing, documenting and communicating key learnings, reports and action items from all formal risk assessments completed within the BU.Tracking the progress of all risk assessment action items in the BU to closure and scheduling new and updated Risk Assessments as needed throughout the asset.Using IMPACT as a documentation tool for tracking risk assessment action items from initiation through closure.Working with the Lower 48 (L48) Discipline Engineering Group and networking with other BUs to ensure that the Risk Assessments completed in the BU are consistent with other Risk Assessments being completed throughout ConocoPhillips US L48.Developing and issuing reports on the status and progress of all open risk assessment action items and taking appropriate steps to ensure that those responsible for completing action items are done in a timely manner.Traveling 20-30% of the job to aid in completion and documentation of Risk Assessments throughout the BU.
