Responsibilities and Requirements : Experience:Familiarity with joint, DoD, combatant command operations and requirements. Experience with joint preparedness, joint training, readiness, exercises, and lessons learned. National Guard experience, with experience on Guard and/or Reserve staffs a plus. Demonstrated success a senior staff officer in a multi-tasked, high tempo environment. Familiarity with MS Office suite, JTIMS, and DRRS.Duties:Supports development of wide variety of training support and training development products. May also deliver training product in instructor role. Support conceptualization, development, and execution of staff and leadership training, education, doctrinal, and staff guidance products, plans, and tools. Provides general staffing support for wide variety of J7 functions.SECRET clearance required, TS clearance desired.About Us is headquartered in Huntsville, AL.
