Responsibilities : Join the fastest growing SAN Company in the world! , a leading provider of enterprise-class network storage solutions, is seeking a BDM who is the Business Owner of his/her territory and is responsible for growth and orchestrating all available Compellent resources including System Architects, Marketing, Engineering, and Sr. Management.  This person will work alongside a team of Business Development Managers and Storage Architects to drive revenue and gross margin within a Compellent Sales Region. LocationUnited KingdomResponsible for all Revenue and Gross Margin in assigned territoryDevelop Strategies and Execute tactical plans within the assigned territoryIdentify, engage, and execute agreements with Business Partners who meet desired Compellent profileResponsible for driving “Partner Development” including early success, pipeline development and self-supportDrive market and product feedback through Technical Services and Engineering.

Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or equivalentAt least 5 years channel sales and/or direct sales experienceSuccessful track record of selling hardware and software based solutionsDemonstrated ability to develop a territory through channel partners, relationships, knowledge and credibility, and intrinsic problem-solving skillsStrong Customer & Industry ReferencesStorage Sales experienceClear understanding of storage market trends and issuesCompensationBase Commission commensurate with experience, incentive stock options.
