We are accepting applications for Retail Service Representatives for our retail stores in this city.The Retail Sales Representative will: Sell wireless phones, service plans and accessories to meet sales goals Deliver outstanding customer service Resolve customer issues Process payments Participate in outside sales activities and events needed Support inventory counts and returns as assigned Work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays and at various locations in a fast-paced or extremely busy environment as required.

Requirements : High school diploma or GED 1 yr. retail experience, preferably in electronic or department store retail sales and/or customer service Strong written, verbal persuasion (soft sales) and interpersonal skills Proficient use of PC computer programs and keyboard skills. Proficient cash handling skills, including cash drawer reconciliation. 1 years of experience selling wireless handsets, handset trouble shooting and light repairs. 1 years of sales experience in a quota driven environment. Proficient use of Point of Sale software. Bilingual speaking and writing skills in Spanish 2 years or more of college education.
