Responsibilities : Senior Counsel, Legal - Corporate ServicesDuties: Will handle development and production work and studio-network license agreements for TNT's and company's original television series and new media programming. Draft, review and negotiate all manner of production agreements and related documents. Interface with executives and other personnel to advise on structuring, rights and guild issues as necessary. Handle and oversee production legal work (including advising and training production personnel) for in-house projects. Supervise and guide other legal department personnel as needed.

Requirements : Must have a combined of 8+ years of relevant experience at one or more reputable law firms, networks, studios and/or media companies handling development and production work for original television series and related programming. An experienced television production attorney will be considered. Excellent analytical, drafting and negotiating skills. Excellent academic credentials and references, exceptional judgment, outstanding inter-personal skills, a teamwork-oriented attitude, strong initiative and proven ability to effectively juggle competing priorities. Must be able to work under pressure with keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills and possess the ability to interact effectively with other attorneys and staff, diverse in-house client groups, senior executives, opposing counsel and outside production personnel. Some travel may be required.
