Responsibilities : This consultant will develop, present, and defend conclusions, recommendations, and implementation plans. We are seeking a client-focused professional who can ascertain and meet client expectations on multiple engagements. This professional will delegate work assignments among team members, and will work with minimal oversight. Other responsibilities include completing training to enhance knowledge, skills, and capabilities, and transferring knowledge, skills, and capabilities to others within the group.

Requirements : Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with team members and management from within the clients organization- Demonstrated technical expertise in water industry financial advisory services; ability to apply best practices knowledge of the industry- Ability to contribute to quality review on own engagements- Project Management experience using recognized methods to deliver work products in all areas of the engagement lifecycle- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills- Highly motivated and able to work independently- Strong interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver and facilitate acceptance of solutions through effective discussions with various levels of client staff and management- Demonstrated project management capability including managing client expectations, recommending appropriate resources and solutions, and managing contractual and scope changes- Ability to leverage knowledge and experience to assess alternative approaches to solving problems- Experience securing receivables from clients during and after completion of engagements.
