Responsibilities : A Senior Consultant is qualified to perform tasks such as:Document an organization’s current business process flowsDevelop functional and technical information system designsDevelop software designs, computer programming, system testing or technical training curriculaIdentify and document functional requirements for information systemsDesign training programs for information systems usersParticipate in quality reviews to ensure work complies with specified standardsDefine information systems requirementsProvide technical implementation planning  for overall client environmentSystems architecture for the specific client solutionPerform system load testingResponsible for determining test strategy for a single projectEvaluate quality risk for product changes/fixes and propose test strategy to address risks.Participate in defect triage meetings with clients and other team membersParticipates in the design and development of test plans based upon functional and design specifications.Maintains and reviews software test data and test cases.Reviews high-level and detailed requirements specifications for testability.Suggests new testing implementation mechanisms and small enhancements to QA and the product.Design, develop, and maintain testing infrastructureAnalyzes reported bugs and works with software developers, development and project managers to resolve bugs.

Requirements :Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years related experience;Must possess at least 4 years of experience in information systems implementation, change management efforts or business process redesign;Specific experience in enterprise application implementations focused on course management, portals, and content systems;At least five years experience designing and developing web applications in one or more of the following: Java, JSPs, Servlets, EJBs, Perl, C , C#;Proven ability to handle multiple assignments  simultaneously with associated deadlines;Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, build relationships with internal and external organizations;Ability to work with a geographically distributed team;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.
