Responsibilities and Requirements : To qualify, candidates must posses: BS/Pharmacy or PharmD with current Ohio licensure 3-5 years clinical practice experience preferred. Demonstrated experience interacting with patients and prescribers to make changes in therapy (inpatient team rounds, ambulatory care clinic, nursing home consulting, etc.) High professional ethics and standards Strong problem-solving skills Independent thinker and self-motivated life long learner Excellent verbal and written communication skills Clinical Confidence and Competence A strong commitment to quality service and patient education The steady work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Weekends are all yours!
