Responsibilities : Develops and manages integrated marketing communications campaigns for key products and new product introductions. Partner with Product Managers and Investment Strategy Specialists to support a subset of products within asset management.Responsible for creation and maintenance of printed literature, advertising and web site content that support new and on-going strategic sales initiatives.B.MAJOR Proactively develops and supports strategic initiatives within Marketing CommunicationsWrites and coordinates marketing campaign plans in support of those initiativesDevelops and directs the creation of new marketing literature from editorial -production - deliverySupport all distribution channels including Retail, Relationship Management, RIA, Institutional, Strategic Alliances and International Sales & DistributionInteracts with senior-level business partners within Pioneer to determine business objectives and translate them into communications initiativesCoordinates compliance and legal review for marketing deliverablesRepresents the Marketing Communications team on cross-functional initiatives as requiredPlays an active role in the development and integration of internet and other electronic communicationsOther special projects as required.

Requirements :BA or BS degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing, preferred.5-7 years Marketing Communications experience preferred with 3-5 years experience in the financial services industry.Ability to work independently and work well in a team environment.KnowledgeKnowledge of investment product sales processes within various channelsStrong strategic marketing and communications skillsExcellent written and oral presentation skillsKnowledge of mutual fund sales process and financial industryExperience with FINRA complianceOrganized, project-driven, deadline oriented, flexible.
