Responsibilities : Global company headquartered in Cincinnati needs a Lead Analyst. This person would mentor another person in the area. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: responsibility for the global template for the financial accounting and controlling area, Configuration, working with the business community to understand current processes, recommending and implementing best practices, recommending and implementing technical and business solutions, leading projects, participating as a team member on projects, maintaining project plans, configuration.

Requirements : The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: -Financial Accounting and Controlling process knowledge and concepts - 3 to 5 years SAP FI CO experience, including configuration - 3 to 5 years business process experience in the finance and controlling area - Understanding the integration points into other modules of SAP A BS degree is required. Must be a permanent citizen of the United States.
