Responsibilities : Responsible forcreating names and product descriptions of all garments andaccessories—in accordance with the brand voice, and also meeting therequirements of the e-commerce medium. Coordination with store signsor existing marketing pieces may be required.Attends sample reviews to inspect each garment andtake notes on fabric, features, etc. Your notes will supplementphotos and basic facts provided by merchants.Works with Merchandise Assistants to resolvequestions about garments. Attention to detail is important, and manylegal requirements must be met.Works with editor(s) to finalize copy in accordancewith style guide, legal needs, etc. Creates style guides as neededwhere none exist.Produces copy in a timely manner to support themarketing team an operations team as needed in the launch ofscheduled programs on time and on budget.Own copy approvals with all management, marketingand operations team members to ensure all approvals for copy arereceived and any changes communicated. All approvals should beobtained in advance of work done by the creative team and well onschedule for event execution.Enter copy into the ad tracking system as needed,adding to creative briefs for the programs and their landing pages ina timely manner so that the LB creative team has adequate time toplan and execute each campaign without rushing. Create briefs whenasked to lead on a program or project.Able to write for and align with the company brandstrategy.Supports marketing, operations and merchandising ingoals for online sales.

Requirements :1-3 years experienceas an online marketing or advertising copywriterExperienced eCommerce team member preferably within amulti-channel business. Should be a strong internet user.Degree in English, advertising or journalism. Excellentcreative and writing skills.Good communication and partnership mindset. Positiveteam participation attitude.Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manageand prioritize against aggressive deadlines and with multipleprograms running at all times.High-level familiarity with Microsoft WordHTML skills preferred.
