Responsibilities and Requirements : Primary Purpose is to win each day by delivering the most Responsive/Respectful/Reliable Service to each andevery customer. As a Customer Care Advisor you are responsible for producing favorable outcomes for allcustomers, fellow team members, the company and the communities we serve. As a Customer care Advisoryou are accountable for reaching the Company goals and objectives that are established by you and yourCustomer Service Coach. FunctionsTo efficiently and effectively answer each incoming phone call from our customers and schedule routine servicecalls. Collect all information that will produce favorable outcomes for our customers, team members, andcompany. Available to work overtime when needed. On-call dutiesinclude two nights per week and Saturday & Sunday rotation every 4thweekend.
