Responsibilities : A resourceful, success-oriented individual is needed to manage our Columbus Branch office. You will be responsible for the direction of agency functions including assessing present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities. You will establish and implement short and long range operating objectives for the branch within the company’s overall corporate plans and policies. You will review and assess the results of branch marketing activities with a particular emphasis on profitability, recruitment, sales volume, training and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related and 10 – 15 years insurance experience is required. Proven management success and supervisory experience is required. Demonstrated knowledge of a wide range of insurance topics such as life, personal/commercial property and casualty insurance, underwriting and reunderwriting, agency structure and sales management is necessary. Some previous experience should have been gained in the insurance sales area with knowledge of commercial sales and underwriting achieved. Life and property/casualty licenses are required.
