Responsibilities : Job DescriptionAssociate Media Director will manage team of planners as part of a larger cross functional agency team. Individual will be responsible for planning, optimizing and reporting across all media channels (traditional and digital). Strategically manage the media channels and budget that are required to deliver the business and media goals across multiple lines of business.Functions within planning include, but are not limited to:Multi-channel media strategy and plan development Media selections – planning all media including DRTV, radio, FSI, publications, online, DMMedia schedules and rationalesTest design for creative, offer and media placement as neededBudget and channel portfolio managementProjections analysis) for all plans – media activity reporting.

Requirements :Media process/request management – internally and externallyWork hand in hand with analytics team to drive data driven plans and optimization recommendationsContinually optimize internal process based on client needs; drive client knowledge on process/mediaPartner with multiple agencies to fulfill on seamless plan to clientsCoordination with production for creative specs and timingProvide campaign setup including Mediaplex tagging for multiple marketsProvide media leadership to team Manage planners and buyersDrive internal team education on media disciplineRun weekly meetings to track progress and direct efforts as necessary ExperienceCandidate must have exeprience leading a Direct Response media team.
