Responsibilities : Technology at Company name available to only Premium Users.Company name available to only Premium Users. The Technology Analyst Development Program is designed to provide you with the skills necessary to position you for success. We are looking for self-directed and results-oriented individuals who possess strong leadership aptitude and interpersonal skills.  Excellent written and oral communications, partnered with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills are required.  All candidates must be team-oriented, take initiative and be able to work on challenging assignments.  Program Overview A 24-month direct placement program, providing analysts a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge and technical skills. After the first year, you may choose move to other opportunities.Analysts work closely with internal clients to design, develop, test, and support applications and infrastructure critical to the firm's businesses.Throughout tenure in the Technology Analyst Development Program, analysts have access to targeted training, career coaching and ongoing learning.Technology Analyst RolesApplication Development Analyst - You will design, develop, code, test debug, and document programming applications to satisfy requirements of one or more user areas.  You will translate business and technical requirements into technical application specifications. 

Requirements :.A BA/BS degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.A GPA of 3.5 is preferredWorking knowledge of C, C , Java, C#, Visual , SQL, networking and infrastructure and/or server administration.Strong leadership, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate with others in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.Must be flexible, adaptable to change, able to multi task in a fast-paced diverse environment.Strong desire to work in the financial services industryUS Citizen or US Permanent Resident Please Note: This is a posting for a college entry program. Preferred candidates are external, recent college graduates with one year or less previous work experience.
