Responsibilities : Concurrently manage multiple projects, adhering to DIRECTV SDLC methodology and process in a fast-paced and dynamic delivery organization.Focus on quality deliverables, utilizing strong project management skills. Responsible for ensuring that project management work follows established standards, processes, templates and guidelinesContribute to best practices and procedures to improve quality of deliverables and efficiency of project deliveryCollaborate with business stakeholders and enable partners in a success-oriented environment, effectively managing customer expectations and project scopeManage project timelines and budgets and be able to proactively identify project risks/issues and communicate them, along with mitigation options, in a timely manner to managementUndergraduate degree either BS or BA; MBA preferred, PMP certified preferredof 7-10 years project management experience in complex business and technical environmentsExperience in managing full life-cycle projects using standard SDLC methodology & practicesExperience in managing project budgets and financials for multi-million dollar projectsProven leadership skills, detail oriented, quick study, and self-motivatedExperience in working under different and changing team dynamics, and understand how to motivate the project team as a whole toward common goals

Requirements :Undergraduate degree either BS or BA; MBA preferred, PMP certified preferredof 7-10 years project management experience in complex business and technical environmentsExperience in managing full life-cycle projects using standard SDLC methodology & practicesExperience in managing project budgets and financials for multi-million dollar projectsProven leadership skills, detail oriented, quick study, and self-motivatedExperience in working under different and changing team dynamics, and understand how to motivate the project team as a whole toward common goalsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyAbove average proficiency in Microsoft Project.   Experience in using Clarity or equivalent PPM toolSignificant project management experience in customizing, integrating and/or implementing large scale enterprise software applications and infrastructure projectsDemonstrated abilities to translate customers' needs into timely and accurate responsesExcellent verbal/interpersonal, written, presentation and customer relationship communication skills.
