Responsibilities : Under the direction of the Finance Manager, performs financial and operational analyses; provides an active interface between operational plant management and the accounting staff; assists in the coordination of the financial and operational budgets/forecasts for the Plant. Manages plant finance team. Provides management, development and leadership to plant based finance team. Provides financial and operational analysis support to operations managers, explanation of all variances and determination of key ratios and trends in manufacturing costs. Reviews product set up to ensure BOM’s and routings are correct and standard cost is proper. Prepares new product cost estimates with input from marketing, operations, purchasing and R&D. Assist with internal control procedures. Responsible for the development of product standards, budgets and forecasts. Provide timely analysis of all cost opportunities to aid management in decision-making and prioritization of those opportunities. Spearheads opportunities for cost reduction, together with tracking of cost savings activities Maintains cost savings reporting with timely and accurate information Support financial needs on all continuous improvement activities – teams, kaizen events, etc Serve as key member of total Company financial management group to improve/share/develop consistent procedures/strategy and focus on future needs and direction. Assists as needed in other areas.

Requirements :Bachelors degree in Accounting or finance; CPA or CMA preferred of 7 years in industry with a strong cost and systems background in a manufacturing environment. of 2 years experience managing people. Demonstrated strong Leadership skills. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles a plus SAP experience preferred.
