Requirements : Has practical, working knowledge of the concepts, procedures, and practices for proposal and qualifications submissions and can manage those efforts.„X Supports business development efforts as they relate to district strategic plan.„X Assembles and analyzes relevant market and industry data.„X Supports the effort to identify and qualify high potential clients and opportunities in targeted sectors.„X Assist in the strategic positioning of PCL through the submittal process and client development.„X Responsible for assisting with presentations including design of presentation, assembly of collateral materials and additional tasks as needed.„X Actively involved in targeted industry organizations.„X Oversight of public relations activities including press releases and advertising.An undergraduate degree in marketing or related field, or technical bachelors preferred.
