Generate reports when requested.Manage and administer employee benefit plans: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, EAP, 401(k) plan and COBRA.Process semi-monthly payrollPrepare offer letters and new hire packets with the appropriate new hire information including forms and pamphlets required by law. Present orientation to new employees.Assist HR Director on special projects as requested. Communicate policies and procedures to employees. Assist Managers and Principals by interpreting and applying Company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent mannerAssist in the overall operation of the Human Resource Department by maintaining accurate employee records and providing support with employees and employee relations.Maintain all employee records and files in an appropriate, confidential manner.Conduct exit interviews.Keep abreast of human resources practices, current/pending legislation, and trends. Assist in the creation of process improvementsMay assist internal recruiter by identifying sources of candidates, developing job postings, placing job advertisements, scheduling interviews and securing reference checks.Perform other duties as assigned.
