Responsibilities : Systems Project Manager will be primarily responsible for managing the systems integration activities for the new MES (manufacturing execution system) or (new oligo integrated systems environment) project. The main focus will be managing the migration of system releases into the Pleasanton factory.Duties Act as system integration manufacturing lead and/or representative on NPI, sustaining, and NOISE projects from concept to production deployment Lead cross-functional project teams while interfacing with product management, finance, production, IT, and global supply chain, and other required stakeholders. Manage project budgets and timelines Generate and manage project charter, plan and scope. May also conduct requirements gatherings and diagram/workflow modeling. Manage project and provide regular updates to stakeholders and exec sponsor, identifying and raising risks proactively and mitigating / resolving in a timely manner Conclude projects by conducting a lessons learned Ensure proper revision controlled documentation through the course of the project, compliant to ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements : Knowledge with PMI's PMBOK methodology Working knowledge with Microsoft Project, Power Point, Viso, Excel, and Word Ability to concurrently manage 2 - 4 projects of varying complexity Familiarity / strong background in SAP A background in manufacturing, preferably in consumables or HTP manufacturing environment required Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and six sigma / DMAIC is a plus. Experience in MES requiredSoft skills required-Able to work in a fast-paced, quick environment-Extremely detail-oriented-Agressive; Be able to push beyond barriers-Effective-Polite; team playertechnology manufacturing environment as project manager. Project manager PMP certification a plus but not required.
