Responsibilities and Requirements : 2010 Summer Associate The candidate will be among a select group of 1L and 2L students from regional and national law schools; perform real-work assignments that would otherwise be done by our attorneys and agents; be involved in all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution and litigation; and participate in social activities that will provide candidate the opportunity to socialize with all members of the firm. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and oral communication skills, and a commitment to living in the Northwest. Must have an undergraduate or graduate degree in science or engineering sufficient to sit for the patent Bar. Candidates interested in he biotechnology practice group should have a Ph.D.Note: Second-year law students should apply in the late summer. First-year law students should apply after December 1, 2009.
