Job The Senior HR Analyst is responsible for planning, project coordination, and implementation of cost-effective HR systems while facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization.Responsible for analyzing and maintaining all function-related activities within the scope of Human Resources Support Systems. The position provides for the continuous process improvement of HR programs, procedures, and systems. This position is responsible for the overall support and maintenance of the PeopleSoft HRIS and other applications used in HR (Resumeware, Success Factors, PeopleClick), and the HR intranet site. This includes user support, configuration management and interface between systems and functions.Support the Learning and Development function by maintaining and enhancing the performance of the company's Learning Management System (LMS). Perform tasks associated with supporting users, maintaining the LMS configuration and user interface, and monitoring system usage and functionality. Develop and issue reports based on department and business needs. Create system administration documentation and record changes that result from system enhancements.
