Responsibilities : The Architectural Department of has an immediate opening for a Senior Project Architect with 12 to 16 years experience in the Tampa office. The selected candidate shall provide design and technical expertise for diverse architectural projects throughout the region, district or company-wide. duties and responsibilities include: Contract negotiations, presentations, define scope of project and proposals, coordinates project assignments, conduct quality control checks, reviewing calculations, designs, specifications and construction documents for accuracy and completeness, performing on-site inspections of projects under construction, plan and organizes the work of junior architects and technicians, plan and organizes the CADD staff required for the project, and mentoring technical advise to Project Architects. />

Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree in Architecture or graduate level technical courseworkpreferred.Twelve to 16 years experience.Strong technical writing and communication skills are expected at this level, proven through technical />presentations, technical papers and/or participation in technical committees. May be eligible for projectmanagement training. />Registration as a licensed architect is required.
