Responsibilities : Essential Functions:Assist in schedule production work forassociates.Attend all BEO meetings.Control all food costs and payroll inthe bakery.Responsible for maintaining dailyrequisitions.Assist chef in training segments of OSTmeetings.Responsible for purchasing &requisitioning supplies.Coordinate production of all baked goodsand dessert items ordered by Outlets.Complete any special requests ordered byOutlets or other departments.Hotel Specific EssentialFunctions:Responsible for all Banquet and Cateringproductions everyday.Responsible for cake production and setup at all times.

Requirements ::Must have previous experience working in a pastry kitchen environment.Must have current Food Handler's certification.Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
