Responsibilities : Serve as the Human Resources Business Partner providing broad based Human Resource counsel and assistance to employees at all levels within multiple functions within the Operations organization.Provide support to business areas to facilitate meeting business objectives. will span Talent Management including Staffing, Performance Management and Employee Relations to providing coaching to management and senior management on Compensation, Organizational Development, and Employee Development.Provide counsel to management in developing and implementing plans to promote employee engagement and positive employee relations.Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters.Performs project management duties and team facilitation.

Requirements :Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent with an MBA preferred.A minimum of 6 years of increasing scope and complex responsibilities with a focus on Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Employee Development at all levels.Preferred Additional Skills:Experience with Team Facilitation, Change Management, Project Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Diversity, and Organizational/Management Development.Experience working in a close team environment and provide leadership for various Human Resources projects and initiatives.Communication and interpersonal skills being able to use consulting skills to help influence positive change.Must be adaptable to working in a matrix environment.Experience working in a government contracting environment helpful.
