Responsibilities : The individual hired to this exciting new business opportunity will: Be responsible for Tier C business development for GTA productsIdentify and Prioritize Tier C sales opportunities - Outside USA marketDrive Tier C sales plan while providing input on future directionBe responsible for attaining top and bottom line objectivesConduct sales calls at potential Tier C accountsNegotiate pricing, terms & conditions and develop proposalsClose opportunitiesResponsible for GTA Key Account ManagementProvide ongoing key account management at defined Tier C key accountsProvide multi location customer supportExecute within forecasted budget The Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division is currently seeking a Global Business Development Manager for its General Tapes and Adhesives (GTA) Business. The individual hired to this exciting new business opportunity will: Be responsible for Tier C business development for GTA productsIdentify and Prioritize Tier C sales opportunities - Outside USA marketDrive Tier C sales plan while providing input on future directionBe responsible for attaining top and bottom line objectivesConduct sales calls at potential Tier C accountsNegotiate pricing, terms & conditions and develop proposalsClose opportunitiesResponsible for GTA Key Account ManagementProvide ongoing key account management at defined Tier C key accountsProvide multi location customer supportExecute within forecasted budget.

Requirements : Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Universityof 7 years in leading a Tape Sales and Marketing Organizationof 5 years managing large Key Accounts and Multi Location Channels  Pricing and Negotiating ExperienceStrong communication skillsWillingness to travel as requiredBusiness Marketing Degree with MBA preferredIn-depth knowledge of Tier C and Private Label marketAbility to contribute the first day in defined territoryProven track record of closing and maintaining large customersWell known and respected in the industryExcellent communication and relationship skillsStrong business acumen.
