Responsibilities : Under the supervision of the Manager/Supervisor is responsible for the following: Assigning daily tasks to production technicians pertaining to the manufacture of biological based products. Knowledgeable of the current Code of the Federal Regulations (Rs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices Operation of equipment according to established Standard Operating Procedures Production of biologics according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs). Complete manufacturing documentation per approved procedures. ludes reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy per established timelines. Act as a qualified trainer of those with less experience. Ability to generate SOPs and validation protocols for equipment and procedures used in the manufacture of biological based products. Maintaining production schedules, and production operations In-Direct supervision of production technicians. Will provide input into the annual performance evaluations of applicable production technicians. Able to meet all of the job functions of a Production Technician III

Requirements :Additional Job Functions: Production activities include, and are not limited to: Investigating and resolving problems. Clear and concise communication to Supervision/Management. Coordination of production tasks to meet assigned schedule Sound knowledge of business systems: Trackwise, Maximo, MES, etc. Experience working with highly automated control systems.
