Responsibilities : The ideal candidate is a born leader who has mastered the disciplines of digital, mobile and integrated marketing.This position requires at least 5 years experience operating in relevant leadership capacity at an interactive agency or consulting firm. Candidates must have a proven history of applying insightful strategy development and exceptional management skill to client work. The successful candidate will possess a unique ability to identify or create “the next great thing” for our clients and have the natural ability to guide them and our growing team down its path.This person will be a client engagement lead and will work directly with client teams or partner agencies to build relationships and grow a new business pipeline within the client's organization. include:Client-FacingMB has a unique opportunity to provide strategic insight and grow mobile business for global clients. include: Working across multiple new business opportunities, Participating on and lead new business pitches with effective development and delivery of presentations Creating and presenting MobileBehavior credentials, drafting customized case studies and developing program plans, estimated costs and formal statement of work documents Researching new business target industry trends and company background details Working with vendor partners to cost out potential program plans Leading the client engagement as the expert mobile marketing partner within the client’s organization

Requirements : Mobile marketing experience in a client facing role and a true understanding of the mobile ecosystem Ability and willingness to not just strategize but do the work Need to be able to multi-task as this position will require someone to juggle multiple clients and projects Degree is in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field 5 years of demonstrated track record of developing client relationships - strong client references are necessary Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and advertising, with particular emphasis on mobile, interactive media, direct marketing, strategy and analytics Creative thinking and analytical problem solving Strong interpersonal and communication skills Track record of leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines Sound business acumen; strategic skills; common sense.
