This outstanding opportunity is in our Surface Technology Business unit where we provide Thermal
Spray Coatings for various industries such as Power Generation, Chemical Processing and Aerospace.
Duties:
Will be responsible for working on new programs for Surface Technologies where you will take a new project through all stages of development to production with minimal supervision. Work in conjunction with the Sales department, participate in all facets of planning, developing, and documentation of a new project. Must be able to demonstrate complete understanding of the strategic business needs, serves as the primary engineering contact for customers, and may travel with Sales team on technical visits. Responsible for report writing, DOEs and preliminary operation sheets. Also, will provide technical support to internal and external customers. Help in
troubleshooting process issues for manufacturing & analyzing existing processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Material Science, ME, Welding Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering and 3+ years engineering experience. Must have 5+ years of THERMAL SPRAY experience, thorough understanding of MANUFACTURING PROCESSES, ROOT CAUSE analysis, and Strong metallurgical knowledge. Computer Proficient, including WORD, EXCEL,
& AutoCAD skills preferred. Be well organized with strong project management skills & demonstrated ability to successfully lead a project team. Must be goal oriented with ability to meet strict deadlines. Posses Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to take initiative and perform with little or no supervision. Must be willing to Travel Occasionally.

Base Salary 80K-94K, Bonus Eligible, Full Benefits--No Relocation Assistance Available nor Interview Travel Reimbursement.
