Job Description:
Paragon is seeking a Full-time senior/upper mid-level person to oversee many of the company’s ongoing and newly acquired projects. This person is required to have a strong business development background in both government and corporate business sectors. Other skills needed are Environmental Management System, Quality Management System, RAB/QSA Lead EMS Auditor preferred, Continuous Improvement, and Program/Project Management.

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Responsible for business development, the management of existing contracts, including developing and implementation of plans and programs, perform some audits and assist in implementation projects, and oversee other consultants, customer contact, and process development. Applicant shall also maintain close communication and coordination with the company President for the duration of the project(s), including monthly progress and detailed cost reporting.

Some travel is required.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited University/College in a technical related field such as Business, Engineer, or Project Management.
2. A minimum of (5) years Project Management experience.
3. A minimum of (5) years experience in Environmental Management System. (plus)
4. A minimum of (5) years experience in Quality Management System (plus)
5. A minimum of (5) years Auditor experience
6. Broad experience and understanding of management systems and continuous improvement.
7. Experience in developing business and customer communication.
8. Ability to use current technology and identify additional technology needs to stay current
9. Security Clearance a plus.
10. RAB/QSA Lead EMS Auditor (preferred)
