Responsibilities: Our Property Managers oversee the daily operations of storage facilities and are responsible for but not limited to the following: - Rental of storage units. - Managing Accounts Receivable. - Sales of all ancillary items. - Aggressive Marketing / Networking to local businesses - Delivering superior customer service through proper telephone and in-person contact. - Light cleaning and maintenance work required. Requirements: Must be able to provide legendary customer service and be people friendly.
