Responsibilities: Will be familiar with and strictly adhere to A.B.C. liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors or intoxicated guests. (See Understanding Liquor Laws in service manual). Will adhere to all policies and procedures established for BLVD 16 Will follow al safety guidelines to ensure my safety and that of our guests and fellow employees. Will maintain a positive attitude and treat everyone I come into contact with the same respect that I deserve. Will exhibit good judgment in executing all aspects of my position. Will follow all sequence of service guidelines according to the manual and job description. Will assist BLVD 16 dining services (if necessary), when and where appropriate. Will answer the phone and assist with seating guests. Will bus and assist with resetting tables. Will know the menu items an daily specials (ingredients and preparation). Will deliver food to tables and provide outstanding service to guests. Required Skills & Experience: Job Requirements Minimum 2 years Food Server experience in a casual fine dining restaurant environment. Experience of 2 years working in hotel, cruise, retail, (customer service focused) positions will be considered. .
