The Nursing Manager is responsible and accountable for monitoring the delivery of patient care through the utilization of the nursing process, physicians orders, established policies and procedures, established professional standards, and administrative hospital-wide policies. Requirements: - Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN desired, MSN preferred. - Current California Registered Nurse License. - Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross Professional Rescuer CPR card. - Current ACLS (DOU, Telemetry, MICU, SICU, CCU) - Current PALS, NRP (NICU, Nursery, Pediatrics) - Passing score of at least 80% on the pharmacology exam
