The individual chosen for this position will manage the engineering teams that support a 24X7 RF Assembly and Test area responsible for shipment of RF power transistors and hybrid assemblies.Responsibilities:h Manage the RF Product Engineering team and provide customer support as requiredh Responsible for establishing and driving yield enhancement and quality improvement for packaged RF semiconductor products in a high volume manufacturing environmenth Ensure consistency of methods, tools and processes to meet production yield targets and quality metricsh Develop yield and capacity models to drive continuous productivity improvementh Assume lead role in managing subcontractor relationships for out-sourced RF assembly and testh Oversee the correlation of RF test yields to foundry PCM data and implement corrective action as requiredh Support new product transfer into manufacturing via New Product Introduction (NPI) programsh Work with Production planners and inside sales to meet on-time product delivery goalsPreferred Qualifications:h Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineeringh Working knowledge of hybrid RF assembly and testh Experience in applications engineering as required for customer supporth Knowledge of automated RF test systems and production measurementsh Experience with offshore assembly and RF electrical test methods is desiredh Excellent verbal and written communication skills h Must have experience with group motivation and discipline skillsh Must have planning, risk management, and scheduling experienceh Knowledge of RF wafer probe and automatic test handlers is a plusMinimum Requirements:h Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineeringh Minimum of 5 years experience managing RF Assembly and Test operations in a production environmenth US citizen or Green card holder
