Responsibilities: Prepare documents for scanning by removing paper clips, staples, plastics, open all folded pages, repair torn pages, and insert separator sheets when required for multiple lines of businesses. Select appropriate batch class, feed paper in the scanners, verify images are clear and documents separated by account for multiple lines of business. Trouble shoot minor mechanical errors, replace consumable parts, and clean equipment. Index the image to the appropriate account number and document type for multiple lines of business. Accurately complete daily productivity and tracking logs/databases. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Research and resolve issues as they arise to maintain Service Levels. Maintain document inventory and complete productivity logs. Special Projects and train co-workers as needed.
