Specific Job Description The successful candidate will be a member of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team supporting the Technical Operations and Applied Research (TOAR) function. The HRBP responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting a client group of 500 engineers on matters such as performance management, talent management, diversity/inclusion/equal employment, employee engagement, compensation, employee development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Strong candidates for this position demonstrate responsiveness, analytical skills, coaching skills, and relationship building while demonstrating a high level of social acumen. Candidate must have systems thinking abilities and be able to identify opportunities for HR to engage effectively with management on strategic initiatives, demonstrate Human Resources value and ensure commitments to corporate initiatives are met.
