Responsibilities: National University is currently seeking an Assistant or Associate Director of Institutional Research. This position provides support for coordinating, analysis, development, and systematic collection of institutional data for planning, decision support, assessment, and reporting. The Assistant or Associate Director is responsible for compiling and submitting required Universitys data to the state, national, governmental and non-governmental agencies. Other responsibilities include assisting in the development and the analysis of key institutional performance indicators and outcomes and serving as a liaison in cross functional projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required for Assistant Director and Masters degree required for Associate Director. The candidate should have 1-3 years of related work experience with external surveys and data analysis. Have previous experience working with large data sets. Ability to work independently and a self-learner. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deal patiently with changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: A masters degree and 3-5 years of relative work experience, preferably in a higher education field. .
