Supports human resources program implementation within businesses with guidance and training. Works with employee data to provide research materials used for program delivery. Develops a broad understanding of human resources policies, functions, and programs Provides basic level of customer support to employees and managers for Contact Human Resource (HR) cases. Supports human resources program implementation within businesses with guidance and training. Works with employee data to provide research materials used for program delivery. Requirements: They also will have incoming telephone contact with participants regarding various aspects of their Health and Welfare (HW) benefit plans. Other responsibilities may also include: handling escalated calls, training representatives, completing reports; maintaining records/files; reconciling applicable financial reports with third party data; and researching and responding to inquires from management and other personnel. Required Skills & Abilities: Prior Health & Weltfare Experience preferred (Other Customer Service or Human Resources backgrounds will be considered) to support ongoing Contact Center Team Prior work experience in a customer- service focused environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to remain poised, patient, empathetic, tactful and composed while talking with plan participants Strong computer skills to include Windows, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer Strong math aptitude a plus Experience with Microsoft applications, primarily Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong Customer Service Skills Excellent Problem Solving Skills Excellent Business Acumen Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Detail OrientedCapabilities: Customer Interaction - InboundIndustry: Industry Independent Position Position Prerequisites:This individual will assist in daily management activities related to the Service Center.
