Responsibilities : To repair all assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition according to the written repair order and process flow initiative.Review each repair plan, mapping guidelines on vehicle, and CSM's notes to understand repairs needed prior to beginning work on the vehicle. All repairs must be completed according to the documentation on the final repair orderComplete a parts review for accuracy prior to beginning repairs. Notify the Production Manager or CSM of any incorrect parts immediately.Follow mapping instructions to include DDR processSeparate all R & I items from replacement itemsDocument and notify the Production Manager or the CSM of any repair add-ons to supplementIdentify parts for cut-in and edging and labelMake use of storage box, zip lock bags, and tubs for small parts, nuts, bolts, clips and retainers that must be used in re-assembling the vehicleMake use of carts to store parts that will be re-used during assemblyIdentify and return to Parts Coordinator, all parts that should be returned to the vendor. Be sure to clearly label the part and re-use the original packing material.Perform all repair procedures according to factory specifications and company policySet-up vehicles for frame measurement and pulling using the laser or computer measuring systems provided.

Requirements :Knowledge of manufacturer's repair processesKnowledge of ABRA's technical repair processesAbility to use frame and measuring equipment per vendor proceduresAbility to use appropriate vendor materials efficiently and cost effectivelyMust maintain a valid state drivers license in order to drive any customer or company vehicleASE certification in body repairsAuto Body Vo-tech certificate preferredDemonstrated commitment to continued educationICAR Welding CertificateICAR Gold status.
